Sesame

Sesame is used by placing it on all kinds of bread, pita bread, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and cookies. Sesame is also used in the preparation of tahini halva . Lightly roasted, it can be sprinkled on all kinds of salty foods; It adds seasoning and flavour. Sesame salt : 10 tablespoons of sesame seeds are lightly roasted in a dry pan, 1 tablespoon of salt ( sea salt if possible) is also lightly roasted. When it cools down, it is crushed together in a mortar , placed in a jar, and sprinkled on all kinds of foods when necessary.
