Most of the Anklet olive variety is grown in Hatay. Most of the fruits are small in size. It contains 21-22% fat. Since it is widely used for table and oil purposes, it is an indispensable variety in Hatay. Anklets are revived by rain, strengthened by the soil, and nourished by the breeze of the Mediterranean winds. Anklet olives , grown especially in the high altitudes in Hatay's Altınözü and Yayladağı districts, have a unique and excellent aroma.
