Natural Fermentation Lemon Vinegar . It does not contain any chemicals, preservatives or additives. It is produced through natural fermentation in an average of 1.5 years. For this reason, after the lid is opened, a white layer called "mother of vinegar" may form as long as it gets air. This is not a sign of spoilage and the vinegar can be filtered and used again. Since it is not filtered, fruit residue may accumulate at the bottom.
Shake before use. Store in a cool place, away from sunlight, with the lid closed. Do not keep in the refrigerator.
